The Ruskin Library will be taking part in the 2012 ‘Heritage Open Days’. We will have extra activities available from 6th – 8th September. (The Library will open for an additional day on Saturday the 8th of September.) Come long and enjoy some quiet time with serene images of Rosslyn Chapel, Watendlath Tarn, The Trevi Fountain, The Brezon, Chamounix, Lucca, Lucerne and many others. Take the opportunity to copy Ruskin’s drawings or create your own still life masterpiece using a wide range of drawing materials available in the Gallery. On Saturday come and make your own notebook using time honoured traditional book making methods.
For examples of type of items you could draw, and make please look at our schools page at http://www.lancs.ac.uk/users/ruskinlib/Pages/schools.html .
